Seriously!

Need I say more! I was walking up to the field before the game to pull Elise out. 5 years of sports and I've never pulled her, but this rain was too much! They were walking off the field cause the ump had just called it. Thank you!

Crawfish from New Orleans

Grandma got home Sunday from New Orleans. I'm not sure which Richard and Greg anticipated more; her or the 35 pounds of crawfish she brought home fresh, in a cooler. Grnandma Andrea I'm sure! (She's softer to hug) They all had a big Crawfish Feed. I myself ate about 5 of them, then craved them at work all night! They might have made a convert out of me. I just can't keep seeing them on a chart I saw on Food Network where they were placed right next to Cockroachs! But boil them up, dip them (I think butter dip would've been best) and they're good. Who knows, maybe cockroach would be to? Hmmm.

Mariners/Red Sox Game

Richard took us to the Mariners/Red Sox game today (although I just called them the grey guys cause I didn't see any red socks, and they wore grey.) Him and Daniel are Red sox fans, Elise and I support the Mariners. I can't say we're huge fans as we don't follow them, but they are our local team. We had such a good time, the kids were great, we ate and ate. No annoying drunks behind us! Exhausted by the way home, so we slept on the ferry ride. And of course the mariners won, 5 to 4. haha!

Tournament Day 1

Day 1 of Elise's tournament. They won all 3 games! So this puts them in the top of the bracket. Tomorrow they start at 1 game, and play more from there depending if they win or not, which they will! If they win 3 again tomorrow, they're the big winner! Wish them luck, and us. Makes for long days.

Mother/Daughter Lunch

Richard doesn't like Red lobster and I was in the mood for seafood. Elise didn't want to go either, she wanted Boat Shed. However, I believe the rule is that whoever pays for it gets to decide where to go? Sounds good to me. Elise wouldn't even get Salmon, she said after gpa's, what's the point. I did, and blahhh!!! no flavor at all, it definitely needed some Johnnys (grandpa's favorite).

More signs of white trash?

Backyard day, I guess we let it get a little overgrown.
